When the name 'bigfoot' is mentioned, most people immediately
think, "only in the pacific northwest". Well, that
could not be further then the truth. Virginia has some the oldest
sightings on record, with some pre-1880's.
With many sightings in the 1970's and again in the 1990's,
Virginia is a hotbed of bigfoot activity and a prime area
for research.
